Elicit Success – Stimulate, Inspire, Motivate.

Established by Christine Willersdorf as a sole-tradership in 2012, Elicit Success became a registered company on the 1st of July, 2013.
With her corporate background and extensive knowledge in working with unemployed, and in the VET (Vocational Education and Training) system, Christine identified gaps in accredited and non-accredited training both regionally, and across the state. Elicit Success was formed to help fill those gaps and deliver improved motivation productivity and workplace wellness to both businesses and individuals.

Elicit Success is about stimulating minds, inspiring through passion and motivating employees and individuals toward successful outcomes.

This is achieved with two strategic tools: Elicit Training and Talent Dynamics.

Elicit Training

Elicit Success provides a wide range of short courses available in a supportive face-to-face environment, or online. Unlike traditional training courses, these provide greater flexibility and affordability, allowing participants to focus on specific skill sets. Most courses can be completed in 10-30 hours, ensuring participants remain motivated.

The overall aim of these tools is to enhance clients’ “soft skills” or “core skills”, improving their natural ability to interact with co-workers and customers, which enhances personal interactions, job performance and career prospects.

Employers are increasingly recognising the importance of well-developed soft skills within the workplace.

Talent Dynamics

This professional profiling tool quickly highlights clients’ natural strengths and weaknesses. In turn, this provides opportunities for them to enhance natural skill sets, define areas for improvement, and set achievable goals for their personal and professional development.
